I'm 53 feeling 93. I am struggling to walk comfortably any more and even the smallest amount of exercise results in disproportionate levels of joint aches especially in my ankles, calves and hips. Suspected the Mirena since having it fitted five years ago and cannot wait to get rid of it on 8th June.

Had it fitted to help with pre menopausal irregular and very heavy periods but recent blood tests suggest I am now post menopause so it's coming out. I can't wait!
