To repeat fasting should not be used for weight loss, the focus should what you eat afterwards. You did not get this way, overnight, so do not expect to be healthy quickly, it takes a lot of patience. The junk and processed foods are making people fat and sick.
While fasting you should not exercise, for you walking 20 minutes a day is fine, stay warm , rest and drink distilled or filtered water, as per thirst. Not 8 or 9 liters. Your kidneys need to rest as well.
It is sad that people get into fasting and do more harm them help to their bodies.
My advice is fast 30 days, refeed on raw organic plant based foods and fast again for thirty days.
After that you should clean your liver, kidneys and colon. Although it is preferred that these cleanses are more beneficial before a fast and helpful in easier fasting.
