Re: Is this a good idea? Honest thoughts please.

Quite by accident, I fasted for 4 days 2 dry, 1 water then 1 dry, and re-fed for 4 and am starting dry again in the next hour or 2. Hope to conclude the dry part when I am ready, or Memorial day night - whichever happens earlier. Then onto a Water Fast and then to fat till I am comfortable in my new super low fat body, hoping that it will lower FFA's.
