Hello,
I am no stranger to water fasting. When I was 16 I water fasted for 15 days. Since then I've been trying but unsuccessfully.
I am determined this time to complete not just one, but three series of
Water Fasting 20 days each (for a total of 60 days water fasting) seperated by 10 days of raw fruit.
I'm hoping to lose 60 lbs of fat. I will be doing light hour exercises everyday.
Is this possible in your eyes? When I'm done with the water fasting/raw fruit journey - I will then follow a very low carb diet that will include proteins, fruits, vegetables, lentils and yogurt/cheese.
Please share with me your thoughts!
