Thanks so much for your input. It has helped me a lot. This whole forum has. I'm so glad I found it. I'm sure my colon was not that clean, but I'll just keep chugging along. I had a horrible diet before hand so I'm just waiting for the bomb to hit, as in headaches, zits, etc. I WILL go to day 10 no matter what. Congratulations on you getting there. I'm kind of mixed up with all these forums so I'm posting here and elsewhere. But you've been answering me everywhere. Do you have any suggestions on something I can read for doing the PB after the cleanse? There is just so much information out there. Again, thank you. Evie Tweet
