Great that you want to lose weight and have some health benefits from fasting with water only. Putting anything but water in your mouth is a problem. Green tea or any tea has caffeine which is diuretic. Also partial eating is a sure way to get in starvation mode. Just drink warm water and rest, let the body do its job, cleaning and healing.
You want break your fast with freshly squeezed organic orange juice. You can also break your fast with watermelon, tomato juice, grapefruit juice, etc. Then slowly build your appetite. Eat a whole fruit, some raw vegetables, then salad without dressing.
I don't even know what rehydration solution is, but must have junk in it like you said sugar, but other chemicals. I would stay away from that even if I was not fasting.
Hopefully post fast your diet will be clean, nourishing and rejuvenating.
