Day 2 of my water fast
Hello everyone.
I watched a nice video of a young guy who had completed a 21 day water fast. I was interested to try. I am on day 2 now.
I am not feeling hungry yet. I wonder if that is due to my excessive grazing in the past.
A week ago I came back from spending a month trekking in Nepal. I lost quite a bit of weight, as evidenced from my loose trousers. But I still have quite a bit of fat. So I must have been deluding myself previously.
I'm interested in the health benefits of fasting, together with weight loss. Spending a month trekking is a damn hard way to lose weight!
I have drunk some green tea. Is that a big problem?
Is there a guide to how to break a fast after x days? I don't know how long I will go on with the fast. I consider this an initial foray into the area.
Where I live, in the third world, getting high quality or pure food can be a problem. I thought about breaking the fast with oral re-hydration solution. But I wonder if putting the
Sugar (within) onto an empty stomach will encourage the growth of something unpleasant.
