Hi, looks like parasites to me. Hard to be definitive though. Have you tried fresh whole papaya including seeds? Make a smoothie with it and drink. It should give your system a good flush.

Other than that, I'd recommend Pure gum 100% Turpentine + castor oil. It's wondrous stuff. Take a teaspoon of it + tablespoon of castor oil. You can also divide the dose, so half teaspoon + tablespoon of castor, then repeat 8-12 hours later. Diamond G brand is very good. It's available on ebay and other sites. Make sure to get organic hexane free castor oil though.
