Hi, reeces is Pyrantel. That would work for most roundworms and is usually very safe. 10mg/kg up to max of 1g is the normal dose I believe. No harm in giving it a go if you haven't tried it already. You might want to take it with a light meal though to prevent stomach upset.

I'd be careful with the castor oil and Turpentine if you're constipated. You need to ensure your bowel movements are regular before taking that combo because of how potent it is.

Are you eating regular probiotics? Kefir, fermented sauerkraut, Sugar free full fat yogurt etc. Those help with digestion. Eating some papaya + seeds with a meal (as side dish) also helps I've found. Tweet
