Bloated! Am I doing something wrong?

Hello all,

I have recently, as of one day ago, completed a 4 day water fast. Unfortunately I am having some issues and with the small amount of information out there, I am experiencing a bit of anxiety. This is what is going on.

Yesterday I broke my diet by eating a cup of watermelon. I felt fine after eating that cup. I even had a bowel movement about 3 hours later. After the bowel movement I decided to eat another cup of watermelon. I also drank a little bit of water. Last night before bed I had an arrhythmia scare. It cause me to panic but luckily I have a blood pressure test close by. I checked my blood pressure and it was normal. I decided to go to sleep.

I woke up this morning with a fair bit of energy. I had another cup of Watermelon and about 2 hours later I had some bone broth. I felt perfectly fine all the way up until 3 pm. I then decided that I should move on to yogart. I ate half a cup of yogurt. Once again, afterwards, I felt fine. But now I am very bloated. As of an hour ago I ate a hard boiled egg, lettuce, and yogurt. I was becoming bloated before then but wasn't sure if it was because I had not had another meal.

Am I doing something wrong? Tomorrow I had planned to move to vegetable soup and later eating some lite canned tuna. Should I stop and drink some fresh juice first? If so, what juice should I create. (I do have a juicer). Please help me with some answers to safely move through the breaking period. Thanks.
