Re: My hair analysis results

You might check out A Cutler's theory on how mercury Hg affects hair tests. This is an early version of it but very similar to the somewhat stricter standards he put in his book.

That test matches Cutler's Rule 1--mostly low essential elements. So Hg is likely involved in your health problems.

It is unusual for us to see more than low amounts of mercury in hair on Rule 1 tests. There are > 1000 tests from detox group members

Do you consume generous amounts of fish and seafood, esp the high Hg types?

The organic Hg in fish and vaccines--flu and some others--gets across the protective blood brain barrier and into the brain and hair.

Having copper as the highest element on a Rule 1 test makes me concerned. High Cu can be a nasty synergistic toxin along with Hg.

Learn about bile flow support especially if your stools are quite light in color. Much of the body's Hg and Cu go out into stool via bile.

Do your homework before just trying some detox supplement or blindly trusting a doctor. There have been plenty of reports from people who had bad experiences when using their doctor's detox method. For example.

I'm not trying to discourage you! HM detox has been life changing for me. I had mostly work related lead toxicity.
