There are grains and grains. If you eat rice, I would stick to short grain brown rice or wild rice. Also rice and lentils make a good protein.

Wheat is ok if it is sprouted and then eaten fresh. Flours that are stored for a long time on shelves are of no use, they all turn into Sugar and with depleted nutrition.

I have never had meat or fish or chicken in my life.
