I Don't Have An Eating Disorder- When I Ate I Would Eat Foods High In Calories With Very Little Nutritional Value Or Foods With Most Of The Nutrients Cooked Out Of Them And My Body Craved Nutrients So It Would Tell Me I Was Still Hungry- Whenever I Felt Full I Stopped Eating But By That Time My Calorie Intake Was Excessive. I Now Realize That "Binge" Isn't The Proper Term To Use, Sorry For Any Confusion.
