Also I am actually very surprised with my willpower thus far, I have thoroughly convinced myself that there is no way I'm eating (unless I get signs that I should eat again). I understand I'm not feeling true hunger but today for example my stomach just keeps growling and I have that physical hunger at a high point right now within this fast. Mentally I have not craved any food but I have watched people eat quite often during this, even though it might be ok for me to watch and not worry about could I be developing this excessive amount of hunger because my body has been experiencing watching the food?
