I picked mine up at a health food store. If you put tongue scraper in google search engine, it brings up places online to purchase and also some info on them. I am new to this board and want to compliment you on how you support so many people and are great at it. My husband and I are starting the cleanse again, first time this year. Got him to do it once before for 10 days, this time going for 12, only stopping there because a 4th of July party we promised to be at. The longest I have done this for is 14 days. I love it, as it gets me up early after a while with no alarm clock! What are the rebuilding diets you mention to others? Is there a website I can look that up on?
