Re: Low Blood Sugar During Extended Fast

Yes, but I was happy your first answer was an emphatic NO. I really want to continue this fast to completion, so I am happy not to have to be concerned with that. It seemed to me the vast improvement in the way I felt was very telling that what I was doing was a good thing. I'm really hoping my pain issues VASTLY improve (or disappear) as I continue until hunger returns, not to mention weight loss. As for the elimination cycle, it is a little late since I am starting day 15 today. I followed the Wheat Belly protocols for the last couple of years, except for the last few months of letting Sugar back in way too often and grains and white potatoes occasionally. Getting off of wheat and grains freed me from 30 years of chronic headaches and I think saved me from a lot of the detox symptoms a lot of people have. After the first fast, I am not "afraid" of fasting anymore.
