PS I should also add that consumption of any carbs during a fast - including fruit juices - is ill-advised. You risk switching over to glucose-burning mode (anabolic metabolism) instead of fat-burning mode (catabolic metabolism).
You then put your own organs and muscle tissue in the firing line, coz it's easier for the body to get its energy from protein than body fat during anabolism. Fruit juices are fine once you've broken fast.
