If you have a mercury problem (Hg) and you can obtain DMPS you'll probably want to use it, at least in most rounds.

If you have some lead, you'll probably want to do an occasional round with DMSA.

There are plenty of reports here at CZ of unpleasant reactions to taking iodine--and lots of other things.

Some people are just sensitive. Some need to start with low doses.

The multi mg doses of Iodine don't make sense to me. I'm not Japanese. I take modest doses of it. My ancestors lived in the mountains in Europe. Tweet
