Possibly you have inflammation and different kinds of parasites. I have had terrible cramps for quite a while and other discomfort after the enemas in the beginning of my parasite journey. My experience is that it gets better and easier by time, given that you keep up the regular enemas. Also i have noticed when i have caught and killed something bigger with the enema i had more cramps. This did not happen evety time.
