Feel very sick every time eliminating saline enema

Enema reaction: I can stand to hold it about 30 minutes, but when I release it I'm in such sickening discomfort I almost want to cry. I unconsciously start doing breathing techniques from giving birth. The stool is not hard- it's actually mostly this foamy white substance (gross! Tmi!) and considering this is the 3rd day of my parasite cleanse- also outing several evil free loaders. Is my parasite problem making the enema such a horrid experience or is it normal with everyone every time? Tweet
