To start with, your doctors are either not educated on the subject, or they are simply avoiding the effort it takes to make a proper determination about chronic infections. This usually entails many tests, and it can cost your insurance co. lots of money.

You have described a multitude of symptoms which do not give clear indications of a parasite infection, but it can't be ruled out yet.
The symptoms described are neurologically connected, and the itching is indicative of mucus in stool.
It could relate to food allergy , or some kind of autoimmune disorder.
Do you ever have breathing problems, like asthma? Have you ever had hives? What are your energy levels, and do you grind your teeth at night? Oh, and the obvious, do you have a history of diabetes in your family?
