Re: Left (upper)eyelid twitching

Thanks JT,

I went so fine with the protocol I followed for such a long time. I guess it's normal to bump into problems now and then. I just need to figure out where it comes from, it can be anywhere from the flu I just got or the heavy exercising I am still pulling of. Anyhow, I'll try and find the cause by reverse engineering and trying out some potassium too.

I read, dry eyes can also trigger eye-lid twitching. I do have some dry eyes, but I had that a long time (so it would be odd if I just happen to have it since 3 weeks and not since the time I had dry eyes). The dry eyes btw, are nowhere near as bad as they used to be, I think vitamin A, Fish oil, magnesium or even Iodine did help alot with it. I cannot say what helped, but something certainly did.
