Me too, mood improving finally after 9 months of Iodine supplementation. Only a day here and there, but a good sign.

Clinical Depression since teenager.

Temp finally reached 98.6!!!!! 97.4 or lower most of my life. Went as low as 96.7 for years, could barely get out of bed.

Then iodine, then 97.7, 97.9, 98.2...

BINGO!

Have cut down 30% on thyroid meds and hopeful I can completely get off them.
