Please help asap! Is this a parasite of some sort possibly transferred from my cats? this is nasal.

I have two inside cats who have the Seresto flea collar not due to replace for two months but I'm seeing some white specs in their poo. I've been experiencing something awful in my nasal cavity and am wondering if it's possible that I have gotten a parasite from them. My nasal mucus has been alien like stringy wormy, id say. Sometimes it's so chunky, it's almost the size of a quarter and it hurts so badly in my head and sinuses before it comes out. It gets stuck and is so hard to blow out. When it's Chunky it looks like dried blood and on the outside it's stringy and worm like. Sometimes it starts to come out and goes back up into my nose. Please help! Over the last few months I've lost a lot of weight and my appetite fluctuates. I wake up with leg sweats and I've been extremely hungry at night. At first my system was regular. Going to the bathroom two- three times a day but after about 5 months of this increasingly getting worse, it's so difficult to go to the bathroom. I have yet to check my poo.
