What is this?!?!

Hello! I'm a newbie with a serious infection from I don't know what it is. I have scoured the internet fir 9 months, 2 derms, 4 NP, 1 PA, and 1 MD. Still don't know what it is. Taken Antibiotics , probiotics, ivermectin and coated my body with Nizoral. I've tried a ton of remedies. I'm attaching a photo hoping that someone out there would know what this is. I have them in my skin, mouth, nose and ears. They are very tiny at first but the ones coming out of my nose are a good inch+ long.

Please help me!
