Re: Water fasting for acne

Hi thanks for the tips! I should've clarified, yes I am using a juicer. The juices (now on 6th day) have made my Acne purge. Today I woke up with five pimples, and my Acne marks seemed almost fresher, and brighter. I've read that this might be my body pushing out the toxins? Hopefully so, I start my Water Fast tomorrow, and if food is my main Acne trigger, I'll use this time to research new diets(raw probably)
