ALT is Alanine Aminotransferase, a measure of liver function that can be checked in standard blood tests.
A Liver Flush temporarily raises it to a level normally associated with major liver damage, but then it corrects back within 4 weeks. Perhaps that was the process of the liver regenerating after the Liver Flush into a better liver.
I know this because I had two blood tests, 2 and 6 weeks after a liver flush.
Question :
If coffee enemas detox the liver, why not just do that if I never had green lumps after my first 2 liver flushes? The 3rd and 4th had little green specks too small to matter. There may still be toxins, but my green lumps were not many (all I had across all Liver Flushes combined was maybe half a cup of green putty 'peas'). Not much at all, but now I am free of even that.
