What is ALT?

I have done many flushes and coffee enemas. In my flushes I always get some stones, in enemas none. However, coffee enemas do detox your liver.

Liver flushe is a bit harsh and a lengthy protocol where as coffee enema is relatively short protocol. Enemas can also be done daily, but Liver Flush cannot be done that frequently.

So go ahead and do coffee enemas.
