Liver Flush and/or Coffee Enemas

I have done 4 liver flushes. I have no idea if they helped anything or not. There were only soft green lumps in the first two, and not much in the 3rd or 4th (other than some yellow fibrous corn-like objects).

My ALT was 65 two weeks after the flush but was just 17 another 4 weeks later. This is good, and means that *something* was ripped up and repaired.

I am wondering if a coffee enema does the same thing as a liver flush, or something completely different. Does anyone recommend coffee enemas? Tweet
