I thought about that too but then I would have noticed it earlier. I think it has to do with parasites. And I don't take any tablets with a perfect bullet like shape.

Just got more of these things out in a BM and they look really orange in the stool, like terracotta.

There are also a lot of little broken particles all over it. I think these appeared when I started taking anti- parasite herbs and proteolytic enzymes. I felt the herbs alone killed some of the parasites but not all, only together with the systemic enzymes it seems to kill the super resistant ones (that probably have a strong biofilm).

Maybe it's the collected minerals inside an Ascaris stomach?

Or maybe it's released minerals from diverticul deposits?

I did a 2 day fast only with systemic enzymes (nattokinase, enzymes from pineapple, papaya, kiwi, figs, a liquid enzyme formulation called "Rechtsregulat") + juices and after that my BM changed from Bristol stool scale type 1 to 4. I think it's the parasites that cause type 1 because they block the stream of digested food in the small intestine like a dam (like if you squeeze a garden hose in the middle there will only come out drops at the end instead of a stream ;) Tweet
