I have had something very similar coming out, it was more of an orange colour though and much smaller than yours. I have seen it a couple of times since doing cleanses. My idea is that it is something that was calcified and stuck inside the intestinal wall. Enemas are therefore very handy to clean the walls, especially the curved parts. Tweet
