Effective Treatment for Urticaria (nettle rash) after Ozone Steam Sauna usage

I have been in a year long Detox program following a Chemical Exposure injury that left my body very toxic. I did Infrared Sauna, Ionizing Foot Bath, PEMF Electro Magnetic Current and Calmare Electro Stimulation Therapy. These all worked best for my condition. Yet, I also decided to add a 3 Treatment Detox package on at the end of my Detox with Ozone Sauna Sessions. The first two sessions I had no issues. However, my last session left me with a heavy Nettle Rash that covered my entire upper chest area with thick red welts like lesions that were nothing short of hell on earth. They were weeping, burning, itching and general just horrific for about a good month. I tried everything on this mess and nothing worked. I then ordered a cream from Hungary called R47 Protumol and applied this at nite and left the skin in open air as well as applied refrigerated aloe plant liquid on it. This was what finally worked and was my turning point. The Ozone Sauna was great for pulling out the toxins in this way. Yet, the cure may have been worse than the illness for me. Not sure I would ever put myself through such a horrific detox that leaves such debilitating side effects like this. Yet, I really wanted to share my cure. Since when I was suffering with this rash I searched the internet desperate for anything that worked on this and there was nothing out there that people were talking about that did anything for my rash. This stuff really works and also just for short term relieve of say 3 or so hours at a time, the Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment is a temporary fix till your R47 Protumol arrives in the mail. The Ointment won't cure it but will hold down and mask the symptoms for about 3 hours at a time then needs to reapplied. Wear old t shirts as this stuff is messy and it will stain and ruin clothing but it is all you've got to get through this nightmare until the better cream arrives.
