Urticaria (nettle rash) after ozone steam sauna usage

Hello!

I have done ozone steam sauna for about a week, 2 times daily. After about 2 or 3 times, I got kind of red blisters on my skin. First I thought that it was good as toxins would come out. So I kept on doing these sauna's....

After a while my skin got really bad and my GP diagnosed me with urticaria (nettle rash) which is normally an 'allergic reaction'. The itching was really really terrible, especially on the genitals and on the breast; I could hardly sleep at night.

This is how I look now, blisters are now more like red dots as I am healing from it now and haven't done ozone sauna since 4 days:

I do think that my reaction is not a detox-reaction, but an allergic reaction to the fabric of the ozone sauna tent. I used a GX-104 ('made in china') tent which can be seen here:

The inside of the fabric contains kind of soft plastic. I suspect that there are toxins in there which react with ozone. When I opened the packet it smelled already chemically/toxic.

One reason I think that my reaction is not due to the ozone is that my skin reaction is quite bad on the shoulder where the skin is very close to the fabric. Besides, I applied ozone especially on some places (by 'cupping') and my skin reaction is NOT worse in these places.

I have also a GX-105 sauna tent from the same chinese company (new in the box); this one seems somewhat better, but I do not dare to try out, because I am afraid that it has the same problem.

I have learned that none of the portable sauna tents are really safe, but I guess that I have accidentally ordered the worst of them!

Is there anybody who has the same kind of experience?

I am also very interested in safe alternatives as the principle of doing ozone sauna therapy feels very good! I would love to have a safe sauna cabinet, but I live in Europe; maybe someone knows where I can find a safe and affordable sauna cabinet in Europe?

Please help...

Best regards,
