Thanks. I was on the combined pill for 3 years, and stopped taking it 3 years ago...I had symptoms whilst on and off the pill, though.

I was vegan for 6 months and felt even worse. Now I eat organic meat, lots of vegetables, only quinoa and no other grains...clean, organic.

I am considering embarking on nutritional balancing. Also just started a candida cleanse..
