Hi Sis,
Vitex Berry totally fixed the problem for me - after YEARS off suffering. I did not have the side effects you describe and I was taking 1000mg. I have a couple of questions, if you don't mind:
- what exactly are you taking? Brand/are there any other ingredients?
- did you check your hormones? If so, what results did you get???
