Feb3-6,2017: lost 4.25 inches this week!
Just finished my 1st week, and lost WAY more than I thought I could.
I lost .5
inch from my arms.
Nothing from my chest.
2
inches from my natural waist!
Nothing from my widest waist (belly button)
Lost 1" from my hips.
.25
inch from my thighs.
And I measured my calves because I didn't want them bigger! And I lost 3/4
inch from them!
That's 4 and 1/4
inches :)
I think my arms moved lymph, which happens with increased oxygen.
My natural waist is much more defined. Some of this loss is because today is day 18 off of gluten.
But my muscles are much tighter, and I can see my abs.
And my hips, thighs and calves probably all moved lymph out.
I noticed this week that my arch in my back is much more prominent. I'm gaining flex :)

I'm 5'-8", and my weight has always been in my healthy BMI (125-160).
Winter is higher, so I would love to be able to control it with exercise. I gain love handles from cooked starches in winter!
