Just finished! I'm so surprised how much I improved on my 3rd day!
It still took long- 40 minutes, but that's 10 minutes shorter than yesterday.
My toe pull, side stretch, pretzel, and bending thigh stretch were much more flexible.
I hardly coughed, and only needed a couple breaths between sets.
I practiced breathing while doing the splits. I improved quite a bit on my left side :)
I'm working on kickovers off a wall. I hope to practice breathing along with the bow, to get strength and stretch on my torso.
Just wanted to add that I heard about this program in the 90's. I was intrigued, but didn't act on it.
Then I was recently researching o2 and sinus infections. Someone posted that all that deep breathing helped so much.
Also, I bought her 'Be a Loser' book, for a buck today. It's out of print....
