We went ice fishing, but I spent about an hour in the car warming up.

If you can believe it, I did the program in OUR CAR! haha

I had to be creative. The only one I couldn't do was bending thigh stretch.

It seems amazing to me that some people can do it in less than `12 minutes!

It took me 50 minutes!

The last couple days, I did about half of the exercises 2x a day (especially the face exercises, and butt and tummy ones.

I will do them all twice a day when I can fit it into 15 minutes :)
