There are most definitely specific remedies within ayurveda for parasites. I confess I don't know a lot about it but I know there are some herbs within ayurveda for worms, which does not preclude also treating the underlying pattern.

I had a bad gluten intolerance that went undiagnosed for decades, maybe even I was celiac. Ayurveda, imho, is not very relevant to today's gluten victims. It wasn't until I stopped gluten that the ama/plaque problem became apparent.

Sweets, I would disagree with your information. I passed a majority of the large parasites when I was binge eating chocolate and ice cream.

Also are you talking from experience or just stuff you've read? If you have concrete examples of how to rid parasites bring it on. I dabbled in ayurveda here and there and gave up mostly because it wasn't getting me any better, more like barely stemming the tide.

The only thing that's working these days is a combo of meds and enemas. I go through cycles where I'm getting some big ones out, then nothing for a while, rinse, wash, repeat.
