I agree, I had heavy metal toxicity, mercury etc and after doing a detox programme for a few years my systemic candida died off on its own. I didn't have mercury fillings, but i had heavy metal toxicity and most people do. Until you detox metals you cant get candida under control. That was my experience. The candida diet doesn't work long term and its only a short term fix.
