Im glad i decided to get mine out as soon as i realised how dangerous the mercury can be and that i was probably not going to get any better till i got them removed.

Ive got 2 left out of 10 to be removed, then to start the chelation process! If anybody is looking at gettin them removed, and is unsure about anything give me a shout and ill try and help..
