Can anyone help identify? Tapeworm / other parasite?

Can anyone help identify what this is sticking out of stool? Much appreciated! These were sticking out of very hard lumps (impacted stool?) of what was otherwise a very normal BM.

But I've had a lot of weird stuff coming out of me for a while now ... after several risk factors for parasites ...
