Really, you're thinking candida maybe? I'm surprised, but I do not know much about candida.

I also continue to pass pieces of what looks kind of like, well ... tape. And I don't eat tape so ... ;-)

(Not intended to sound snarky! I really am just joking -- I use laughing at my situation as a way to deal with this. And I do truly appreciate your response.

I'll check out candida info. Entirely possible I have more than one problem going on, I suppose.

I'm about to submit a sample for lab analysis, and have gone with a puréed/ blended diet (soups, smoothies) for a few days so I can be more certain that what I'm seeing is not food particles. I've had some doctors take me seriously about this, others that acted like this is ridiculous. So I wanted to do what I can to try to ensure I'm submitting a good sample.
