Longterm, here are the graphic results of the GI test I had carried out. There is a lot of data supporting these graphical representations. It's mainly for convenience and ease of reference.

If you notice my diversity is low, fecal secreatory IgA is high and I also was told I have populations of euryarchaeota phylum (methanobrevibacter smithii):

which does not appear in healthy cohorts (as per the bar graph). My nutritionist thought it necessary to try and eliminate this particular bacteria but without a clear explanation. I don't think she really understands the Science and I don't blame her.
