Yes I am taking lacobacillicus acidophilus at the moment, not exactly the same strain you mention there. No adverse effects at present. I'm hoping to post a full protocol of all the protocols I I will be taking shortly but I want to be lyme tested first. I have the test organised for next week and I will get the results within 7-10.

My GI test was useful in seeing what sort of bacteria populations I have. Expensive test though not a lot of people will be able to easily afford.
