There are quite a few parasites that can get in your eye. Filarial worms, toxacara and there are protazoa also. I would try ivermectin and see if it helps. I always had itching and picking sensations and my eye would twitch. Then I would get like clouding that would come and go. It was a fialrial infection. It went away after treating with ivermectin for awhile. Tweet
