Boron is a nonmetallic element, and quite light. You seem to be talking about Beryllium.

Nobody here is recommending any beryllium ingestion. Beryllium is even lighter than Boron. Your concern and your Conspiracy theory are both misgivings based on your mistake. I'm glad however that you want to protect us. And I hope you are able to benefit from the information presented on this site. This site is a goldmine. nuggets of pure gold are found amongst the tons of rock and dirt. Gold actually is a heavy metal, but don't let that scare you. The nuggets are worth finding.
