fwiw, sometimes i get a little hip pain then i take borax in water and the hip pain is gone in a few days and doesnt return for several months. ill try taking it on a regular basis now.

boron is supposedly involved in bone metabolism and there is a university group in Australia that is taking it for Arthritis (or osteoporosis?) iirc with great results. Tweet
