Re: Gloves in a Bottle update

Yes, that's a bit better.

Anyone know why the skin begins to split up for me? This morning it was fine but after I applied it for a second time today, the skin started to feel a bit soggy. I hadn't stretched my lips out like crazy or anything, I hadn't even eaten anything yet at that point.

It's similar to what happened the last time I tried this cream. I believe when the skin dies, it begins to take on the colour of the cream. The cream isn't properly absorbed.

When I woke up this morning, my lips were extremely tight, but it looked better than I've seen them in almost 2 years. There was actually a layer of skin there. This was only after waking having applied the cream to fresh raw lips the night before once. I wonder what will happen to that skin if I were to leave it a few days. I think I will try that next.

If you look at the image below, close to the bottom and in the centre of the lip is an area of skin that slid off when I applied the cream.
