I heard through the grapevine that Dominic's health problems that had impacted on his shipping grains on time were in the past and that he was back in control of his production and shipping. Having had some problems in the past myself with an internet business, I know how it feels when problems seem to pile up and telescope each other in spite of your best efforts. Right away I noticed that he was using Paypal to receive payments. And that is an excellent indication of a no bullshit operator as Paypal will be on the side of the customer if their is an issue. The vendors is better to have everything near perfection to operate using Paypal. But to make sure I called the man, and Dominic and Sandra explained to me, like they must have done a thousand time that everything was now running smooth. So I made an order with Sandra and sure enough we were both able to track it all the way to it's delivery 4 days ago in Granville, France... The grains are very much alive.. and extremely well packaged. They adapted really well to the organic raw milk from Normandy and the kefir taste great.

Yeah.. I would recommend buying from Dominic... the are easy to get a hold of on the phone as well and very transparent and honest about all aspects of their business. Wishing them and all you a fantastic 2017 kefiring year ! A happy customer in France! Gilbert Tweet
